Cancellation Policy

1. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS. All services must be booked in advance. Clients can schedule services by contacting us via phone, email, or our online booking system. 2. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING. Once a booking request is received, we will confirm the appointment via email or phone. The booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from the Company. 3. PAYMENT TERMS. Full payment for all booked hours is required prior to the commencement of services. Invoices will be sent to the Client upon confirmation of the booking, and payment must be completed by the due date specified on the invoice. 4. CANCELLATION POLICY. Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking with seventy-two (72) hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee. 5. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS. Clients wishing to make changes to their booking (including changes to date, time, or services) must notify the Company as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may result in adjustments to the service fee. 6. NO-SHOW POLICY. If the Client is not present at the scheduled time and has not provided notice of cancellation or rescheduling, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge for the full amount of the booked services. 7. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE. The Clutterless Company, LLC reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, situations where the premises are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or if the Client fails to adhere to the terms outlined in this Booking Policy. 8. LIABILITY. The Clutterless Company, LLC is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from changes to or cancellations of bookings.
