COVID-19 Preventative Guidelines

The Clutterless Company, LLC is taking the necessary steps to prioritize the health and safety of all clients and employees. As we plan for tomorrow’s world, we’re here to help additional safety, more flexibility, and focus by following guidelines and procedures recommended by the CDC (Centers of Disease Control and Prevention) and WHO (World Health Organization).

During your appointment, you must adhere to the following practices:

​

  • Wear a mask or face covering at all times. Mouth and nose must be probably covered.​

  • Try to avoid close contact. Throughout your appointment, please practice social distancing. If possible, maintain at least 6 feet distance between one another. 

  • Employees must sanitize their hands often. Employees are expected to wash their hands thoroughly before beginning a project or task.

  • Please cover all coughs and sneezes. When sneezing or coughing, we ask you to cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or elbow. Please wash your hands immediately after sneezing or coughing.

  • We ask our clients and employees to be alert for symptoms of COVID-19. If you are experiencing any symptoms we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. For clients who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, scheduled appointments will be canceled and rescheduled. Appointments will be rescheduled fifteen (15) days after symptoms have passed.

The Clutterless Company, LLC follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

 

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your email, address, phone number, etc.

Promotion Restrictions

With respect to any and all promotional material issued by The Clutterless Company, LLC, you agree to abide by any and all restrictions of which we advise you pertaining to the promotion of a Network Program(s) scheduled to be broadcast by Station in its community, including, without limitation, on-the-air promotion, billboards, and newspaper or other printed advertisements, announcements or promotions.

Changes

 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Payments

The Clutterless Company, LLC accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Bank Transfers

All payments must be made before your date of appointment. Failure to submit payment before the date of appointment will result in cancellation. Please contact us for further details.

​

Late Fees: Fifty (50) dollar late fee will automatically apply to all invoices that are more than five (5) days past due.

Refund Policy

No Show/Cancelation Policy

The Clutterless Company, LLC does not issue any refunds on rendered services. Appointments canceled three (3) or more days prior to the scheduled date, will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.

Cancelations made 1-3 days prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% cancelation fee. Clients of The Clutterless Company will be given a fifteen (15)-minute grace period at the start time of each appointment. In the event that a Clutterless Company team member is unable to access your home or office space, the client will be charged a 50% no-show fee.

 

Recurring Clients of The Clutterless Company, LLC may cancel and reschedule their appointments. At least three (3) days' notice must be given to a Clutterless Company team member in order to reschedule. Same-day cancelations can not be rescheduled. All same-day cancelations will be lost.
