CODE OF CONDUCT

This Client Code of Conduct Policy (“Policy”) establishes the behavioral expectations between The Clutterless Company, LLC (“The Clutterless Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its clients (“Client” or “you”) to ensure a respectful, safe, and professional working relationship. By booking or engaging our services, the Client agrees to adhere to the following standards:
1. Respectful Conduct
Clients agree to treat all The Clutterless Company personnel, representatives, contractors, and affiliates with courtesy, professionalism, and respect at all times, whether in person, over the phone, or via electronic communication.
2. Zero Tolerance for Abusive Behavior
The Clutterless Company maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for:

Harassment or intimidation (verbal, physical, or written)

Abusive, offensive, or threatening language or behavior

Discrimination or derogatory remarks based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or any protected status

Sexual harassment, inappropriate comments, or unwelcome advances

Any behavior that creates a hostile, toxic, or unsafe work environment
3. Safe and Suitable Working Conditions
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the service location is safe, sanitary, accessible, and free of hazards that may pose a risk to The Clutterless Company’s personnel. This includes the removal of hazardous materials, ensuring safe access to the work areas, and maintaining general cleanliness and order.
4. Cooperation and Access
The Client agrees to provide timely access to the premises, necessary instructions, accurate information, and reasonable cooperation to enable The Clutterless Company to perform its services effectively. Delays or interference caused by the Client may result in additional charges, rescheduling, or cancellation at The Clutterless Company’s discretion.
5. Company Property and Return of Materials
Any equipment, tools, materials, documents, or other property (“Company Property”) provided or brought on-site by The Clutterless Company remain the sole property of The Clutterless Company. Upon project completion, suspension, or termination — for any reason — the Client agrees to allow The Clutterless Company prompt and reasonable access to retrieve all Company Property.
Failure to return, allow retrieval, or prevent loss or damage to Company Property shall render the Client fully liable for the replacement cost, repair expenses, and any associated losses incurred. The Clutterless Company reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies, including the recovery of damages, legal fees, and enforcement costs, in the event of non-compliance with this provision.
6. Right to Suspend or Terminate Services
If The Clutterless Company determines, in its sole discretion, that the Client’s behavior, the condition of the service location, or any violations of this Policy create a risk to the health, safety, or well-being of its personnel, The Clutterless Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services without refund. The Client remains responsible for all charges incurred to date, including non-refundable fees or damages resulting from the Client’s conduct.
7. Liability for Damages
The Client shall be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses suffered by The Clutterless Company or its personnel as a result of the Client’s breach of this Policy, including but not limited to property damage, medical expenses, lost time, or legal costs.
8. No Waiver
Failure by The Clutterless Company to enforce any provision of this Policy does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision or any other provision in the future.
9. Amendments
The Clutterless Company reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Policy at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting and apply to all subsequent service engagements.
